Universal Music Catalogue UK has announced the signing of the Sex Pistols, following the acquisition of the band's classic catalogue for the world excluding North America.

A redeveloped edition of album Never Mind The Bollocks, Here’s The Sex Pistols is scheduled for release later this year, to commemorate its 35th anniversary. UMC is also planning events and further releases throughout 2012 and beyond.
